MLA Workshop

The deadline is nearing close, classmates or your internet connection is not responsive. You finished your essay, but you have no idea if it's formatted correctly. You wish there would be some notes to help you out, but there’s only a stupidly long MLA guide that you do not have time to go through…. If only you had known more… If only someone had given you an MLA Workshop.

And this is exactly why MLA Workshop is so important! No matter if you are writing your first essay or the fiftieth, you can always encounter particularities of the MLA never seen before. How do you cite longer chunks of text? Or poems? How do you cite a chapter in an anthology of works? And the question above it all – how do you give credit to the writers who wrote Bible, if they are unknown?

We can give you all the answers and much more! Our MLA Workshop does not only introduce you to the MLA citation norm used for essays at our department but also answers any of your questions! It would be certainly a boost to your essays and other school works. Plus, the better the citation, the better grading you can get on your essays!

So come and join us in room G21 or online via MS Teams, on 21st October at 6 PM. Do not forget to bring your (almost) finished essays for further consultation, because ESCape members will go through all the rules of MLA with you and check your works right after the presentation.
📍 Where? - Building G, room G21/online
📍 When? - October 21st, 2021, start at 6 PM
