From Monday, 12 April, Czech Republic to ease some restrictions
As the state of emergency ends in the Czech Republic on Sunday, 11 April, some restrictions will be eased.
On Monday, 12 April, paper good shops, farmers markets, libraries, and children’s clothing and footwear shops will be allowed to open. In addition, the outside areas of zoos and botanical gardens will be able to welcome visitors, although capacity will be limited to 20 percent. Restrictions on the freedom of movement will also be lifted: the curfew in place from 9 pm till 5 am and the prohibition from travelling to other districts. Facemasks will remain mandatory, and services, restaurants, and most shops (with the exception of grocery stores, drug stores, pharmacies, etc.) will still be closed.
