MU organises testing sessions for incoming international students and staff
International students and staff members of Masaryk University may use special testing sessions for PCR COVID-19 testing organized by MU and University Hospital Brno. Testing of arriving students and employees from high-risk countries will take place on three different days in September and tests are considered as official PCR tests for the purpose of COVID-19 testing after arrival to the Czech Republic.
International students and staff members may book a special date and time in the MU Shopping Centre, the price of the test is 2.059 CZK, testing is taking place on three different days between 24–27 September in University Hospital Brno in Campus in Bohunice.
Negative tests results will be sent by SMS and e-mailed to university e-mail within 24-48 hours. In case of a positive test, MU students and staff won’t receive SMS or e-mail, the local hygienic station will contact them directly by phone for further procedure. MU will be informed about the positive test results as well.
