The university remains at the green level of risk
The Crisis Board decided to keep a higher degree of risk for the entire university due to the fact that students and academics from all over the Czech Republic are heading to MU and also due to sporadic cases of infection.
Although the city of Brno dropped to the lowest level (white colour) in the national traffic light of the risk of COVID-19 infection, the MU Crisis Staff decided that Masaryk University still has a green light rating. "We decided to leave the university as a whole at the green traffic-light because students, academics and researchers from all over the Czech Republic come to MU, and because at some workplaces there are reported sporadic cases of infection without community transmission," said Vice-Rector Břetislav Dančák.
