The project Center for Research on the Works of Alois Hába aims to concentrate on currently available information and knowledge about the work of Czech composer Alois Hába (1893-1973), as well as to thoroughly catalog sources relating to the composer´s life and works. One goal is to create a base and starting point for materials connected with the author. Our activities will permit scholarly research in the field and will provide the opportunity for a greater exchange of information between individual researchers. The Center for Research on the Works of Alois Hába will coordinate its activities with the already existing Informational Center of Alois Hába (Ing. Jan Andreska, U družstva Práce 409/59, Praha).
