Konformacní plasticita centromerické a telomerické DNA z Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Arabidoptis thaliana a Homo sapiens bude studována a charakterizována pomocí NMR a CD spektroskopie v závislosti na fyzikálne-chemických vlastnostech prostredí.
Tyto základní metody poskytnou informace o tvorbe a zastoupení nekanonických usporádání DNA v techto významných oblastech chromosomu, o kinetice jejich vzniku, o jejich strukture a stabilite. In-cell NMR spektroskopie bude použita pro charakterizaci nekanonických struktur DNA za fyziologických podmínek v komplexním prostredí živých bunek.
