The project focuses on the analysis of human resources management in public administration organizations. The purpose of the research is: 1. to find out what are the priorities and reserves in the human resources management in public administration organizations,
2. to find out what are the specific features of communication in public administration organizations,
3. to compare characteristics identified in public administration organizations in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic.
