The strategic partnership will support the development of new on-line platform, where medical and health-care students as well as their teachers will be able to learn, teach and co-create the educational contents. The platform will allow implementation of innovative pedagogy approaches to clinical medicine education. The key challenge of the project is to use the platform to modernize the teacher-based and classroom-orientated biomedical science component of the medicine and health-care courses, and thus to enrich the curriculum of partners’ HEIs with a focus on competence-based learning and assessment built around problem-based learning, virtual patients, simulations and interactive algorithms
