The topic of this research is pupils assesment of school geography textbooks. The main aim is effort to discover pupils criteria of school geography textbooks judgements and their assesment. The main research methods are questionaire and structured interview, mainly based on open questions. The results of this research should be the finding, which facts should textbooks publishers respect if they want to produce pupils attractive and understandable textbooks.
