A long-term sport activity since childhood may lead to some adaptation changes in the structure of the musculoskeletal system. The research will be carried out by sportsmen from selected sports sectors and based on the nature of the load, we anticipate the changes in the condition of the foot vault. We will examine the causes that may be related to footwear for a given sporting activity, such as climbing, ice hockey, football, or a specific load resulting from the nature of the exercise, such as in gymnastics. The aim is to diagnose the condition of the footing of athletes with a high performance of different age groups, based on plantographic surveys. Based on the results we recommend a program of compensatory exercises specifically for each of the selected sporting sectors.
