Cílem projektu je vytvoření pracovních míst pro české a zahraniční absolventy doktorského studia ve výzkumných týmech na všech fakultách Masarykovy univerzity a vysokoškolském ústavu CEITEC MU. Tato místa přispějí k posílení vědeckého výkonu a mezinárodní spolupráce na MU. Výsledkem projektu bude 30 pracovních míst postdoků, kteří přispějí k tvorbě kvalitních výzkumných výsledků pod vedením zkušených mentorů. Širším dopadem aktivit je posílení excelence výzkumu v Brně a Jihomoravském kraji.
