V souladu s hlavními cíly COST akce “ International Nucleome Consortium“ navrhujeme zkoumat úlohu SMC5/6 (Structural Maintenance of Chromosomes) komplexu v organizaci a dynamice eukaryontního nukleomu. Tento projekt přispěje ke spolupráci vedoucí k objasnění molekulárních mechanismů organizujících nukleom pomocí SMC5/6 komplexu.
