Cílem projektu je obsazení postdoktorandských pozic ve výzkumných týmech na všech fakultách Masarykovy univerzity a na CEITEC MU. Tyto pozice přispějí k posílení vědeckého výkonu a mezinárodní spolupráce na MU. Výsledkem projektu bude 23 pracovních míst postdoků, kteří přispějí k tvorbě kvalitních výzkumných výsledků pod vedením zkušených mentorů. Širším dopadem projektu bude posílení excelence výzkumu v Brně a Jihomoravském kraji.
