The project is designed to suggest and empirically verify some new approaches to the diagnostics and autodiagnostics of pedagogical skills and related guide - and autoregulation interference into their structure. The aims of the project are listed below : a) The investigation and description of the mutual relations between the following four basic models : 1. the acquiring of pedagogical skills, 2. the real course of the pedagogical skills on conditioned subject, 3. the of the external control of the ab ove mentioned acquiring process ( diagnosis and guide - interference ), 4. the autoregulation of acquired pedagogical skills ( based on autodiagnostics, selfreflection ). b) Application and verification of the above mentioned models on the selected key pedagogical skills in the subjects of pedagogical character, individual methodologies and within the province of the practical teacher training of selected groups of the future primary and secondary schools teacher.
