The theme of the network is contacts between intellectual elites in Central and Southeast Europe in modern times. We are talking here about writers, politicians, clergy, but also artists,
journalists and travelers. It was their comprehensive creative activity and mobility in modern times that contributed to establishing cooperation in various fields (political, scientific, church, cultural) by representatives of various nations in region, breaking stereotypes resulting from isolationism and influencing cultural exchange enriching the historical heritage of the entire region.
