The main objective of the project is to create a stable platform for educational cooperation in the field of urban and regional studies, which is aimed at providing an effective framework for developing a joint study program Master in Urban and Regional Development (working title) - to start in 2009-2010.
The objective of students exchange is to give them an opportunity to gain professional skills and qualifications that will allow them to start their careers in public administration, regional and local development agencies, consulting groups running regional development projects and units supporting entrepreneurship.

Results

1. student exchange between REDENE universities 2. teacher exchange between REDENE universities 3. activities leading to the development and implementation of a joint study program. The network also gives students an opportunity to find materials for their seminar papers (university library, enterprises within the region) and to prepare comparative analyses concerning regional economy of the countries involved in the project.
