The assessment of the benefit of exercise training(bicycle ergometry at the anaerobic threshold level, lasting 8 weeks) in patients with chronic heart failure of class B and C ( by Weber ). The assessment of the benefit of low-frequency electrical stimulation of skeletal muscles (applications of an 1-hour session, 5 days a week for 8 weeks) in patients with chronic heart failure of class C (by Weber ).
