The project is concentrated on application in bio-specific interactions for isolation and oriented immobilization of proteins. It is a continuation of a twenty five years Czech research on preparation of solid polymeric supports and their utilization for immobilization of biologically active substances. Matrices in the form of membranes from natural polymers and magnetic beaded supports will be newly developed that will facilitate isolation of products and separation of catalytical systems from suspensi on reaction systems. Oriented immobilizations of enzymes using antibodies against them and immobilization of antibodies through their carbohydrate moiety will be manifested in a good sterical accessibility of active site and enhanced stability of enzymes and antibodies immobilized in such a way. Enzyme reactors for activation of glycoprotein carbohydrate moiety for binding on hydrazide matrices will be prepared. Proteolytic reactors with enzymes bound through immunocomplex will be used for diagnostic pu
