| Description | The present paper deals with commencements of adoption of legal regulation representing an intervention of public power in legal relations between an employer and an employee. It aims at the regulation of working conditions such as health and safety at work, working hours, rest periods and remuneration. Moreover, it focuses on the protection of specific categories of workers, in particular restriction of child work and protection of young people at work by providing their special working conditions. |
