| Description | This article deals with conformity of legal regulation of judicial process based on proposal to cancel municipal land-use plan on the one hand, and with the constitutionally guaranteed right to fair trial on the other hand, and with related issues. The attention is paid to current legal regulation of judicial review of land-use plans and also to legal regulation that will come into effect in 1. 1. 2012 by the amendment to code of administrative justice. |
