The aim of this study will be to introduce and acquaint the Slovak and Czech psychological public with the discussion about this topic that means implications namely for psychodiagnostics in selection in the area of education and upbringing and for personal diagnostics. Also the discussion discrediting the existence of Flynn effect will be mentioned. To sum up, this is an interesting phenomenon although farther critical observation is necessary.
