| Description | Abstract Family and family life are generally understood traditionally. However, fewer and fewer people get marry. Therefore, there arrise a lot of questions regarding this issue, especially in relation to the de facto family ties, whether of different or the same sex or even transsexuals. The contribution analyses the right for family life in relation to the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights and the draft new Civil Code. |
