| Description | The authors report about case of late subluxation of intraocular lens inside the intact capsula in pseudoexfolitation syndrome. In August 2011 visual acuity worsen, intraocular preassure was high and there was no response on medication. In March 2012 We explanted IOL thogether with capsula, we did anterior vitrectomy and we implanted anterior chamber IOL. Postoperative course was complicated with pupilary block and so we resolved by mean of multiple peripheral iridotomies. |
