| Description | Nursing educational system in the relatively new incoming EU countries is still different in comparison with the “traditional” EU members. Even if some non-traditional EU countries have already started individual supervision at clinical workplaces, not all fundamental elements of true mentorship have been applied. This is why the EmpNURS project activities started as an opportunity to develop and implement a mentorship programme based on evidence and best practices. The mentorship training course was piloted in 3 countries: Lithuania, Czech Republic and Hungary. |
