| Description | This article contains analysis of occurrence of measures of a general nature, being one of forms of administrative activities, if the Forest Act (No. 289/1995, Coll.). Attention is paid to material concept of this form due to the absence of explicit designation of administrative act as a measure of a general nature in the Forest Act. This article also deals with current draft amendment to the Forest Act that already designates some of its administrative acts as measures of a general nature explicitly. |
