| Description | The new trends in the local treatment of chronic wounds, is conected with development of scientific researche in the area wound healing on the level molecular, biochemical and cellular mechanisms. In the present times are wound dressing devided on passive, interactive and active. Passive dressings absorb excessive exudat, interactive produce and keep moist enviroment of wound. Bioactive owound dressings are founded on interaction with biochemical and cellular enviroment of wound, influence level of proteases, growth factors and bacterial component. |
