| Description | Minority law guarantees nationality rights only for such specified minorities that has been living traditionally and pemanently in the territories of Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia. Such are the right to use the minority language in official matters, education in the minority language or to receive state assistance. There is, however, no law that taxonomically give the definition of traditional national minority. |
