| Description | The ESC guidelines help physicians to make decisions in their practice, but do not override the responsibility of health professionals to make decisions and to follow the rules and regulations applicable to drugs and devices. The level of evidence and the strength of recommendation are outlined in Tables 1 and 2. The Czech Society of Cardiology endorses ESC guidelines and prepares condensed summaries (text o5000 words plus selected tables and figures) from the original full text.
