Description This chapter presents the results of a case study of the elementary school and kindergarten Chalabalova in Brno. The reason for this choice was a long-term effort to improve the management of school education for children and students, through participation in international cooperation Dalton schools. The results of the study showed that the school effectively uses the analysis of self-evaluation to improve the quality of primary and preschool education, taking effective measures to identified weaknesses and potential failure. Self-evaluation of education form the basic framework for further development of the school. The school is an example of good practice in supporting the professional development of teachers.
