| Description | Independent life requires, besides knowledge and skills, also sufficient level of key competences. It is crucial to constantly foster these competences with persons with intellectual disabilities. The text presents outcomes of a research focusing on the possibilities of development of key competences in social-therapeutic workplaces. The following competences were in the centre of the study: work, social and communicative. |
