| Description | Paedophiles who do not commit child sexual abuse are out of scientific interest. There is no literature which could tell them how to live and deal with their erotic attraction to children. The paper summarizes basic facts about paedophilia, points to lack of preventive work with paedophile-oriented people, presents selected results of a survey among non-criminal paedophiles and considers question whether there wouldn't be fewer children abused if we prepared young adults for the possibility that they themselves can be paedophiles. |
