| Description | The mechanical principle of interspinous implant is the distraction of spinou processes , changing the relationship between the individual vertebrae. From the technical point they can be constructed as static spacers or dynamic systems enabling defined movement range. The aim of the study is to prezent clinical experience with the use of interspinous implant in an extensive group of patients. |
