| Description | The conference paper is devoted to the currently very topical issue of legal regulation aimed at ensuring sustainable development and the conditions for the designing and building permitting in accordance with these principles. The paper deals with the issue from the perspective of implementation of the European directive that provides, among others, rules to ensure the principle of sustainable development in relation to the energy performance of buildings in the Czech law. |
