| Description | Earlier trademarks with an attribute of reputation are subject to a stronger protection in the EU. It means that they are protected also against identical or similar trademarks (signs) covering different goods or services. However, EU legal regulations do not specify what is understood by, inter alia, reputation and due to this reason, the contents of this and related concepts are continuously created by the case-law of the Court of Justice. |
