| Description | The article brings a comparison of the heroes of the stories by F. M. Dostoyevskij (Notes from the Underground) and by L. N. Andreev (Thought) using the antinomies rational - irrational, conscious - unconscious. The author concludes that both short stories are of similar character and give an evidence that the rational basis of the concept of the literary hero comes to its end. |
