Description | Clinical neuropsychology is a sub-specialty of clinical psychology that specializes in the diagnostic assessment and treatment of patients with brain injury or neurocognitive deficits. This book comprises contributions from different clinical domains, in particular neurology, psychology and psychiatry and summarizes significant theoretical and above all, practically usable information regarding a variety of disorders that a clinical neuropsychologist comes across in practice. This book explores etiology of cognitive deficit, history of its examination, variables that are concerned with cognitive functions and rehabilitation possibilities.
