| Description | The objective of this chapter is to present intermediate results of a research focused on the integration of cultural institutions in deaf pupils' primary education. The theoretical part of the chapter concentrates on cooperation between schools and cultural institutions in the Framework Education Program for Primary Schools and on its prospective outputs. Moreover it focuses on a variety of programs offered by Czech museums, theatres and libraries in the Czech Republic accessible for deaf pupils. The second part of the chapter presents results of research which took place at six schools for children with hearing impairment in the Czech Republic. |
