Description The article presents the results of clinical research on treatment effectiveness of Acnevac cps in the therapy of grade I – grade IV acne vulgaris. The research was conducted at four Department of Dermatology in the Czech Republic form September 2011 ti August 2012. The total numer of patients was 83. The treatment lasted six months and involved four clinical examinations and photodocumentation. The research dermostrated efficacy of vaccine therapy of papulopustules inf papulopustular acne in 88% of patiens. Worsening was noted in one patiens who discontinued from the study. Twelve percent of patiens remained unchanged. The p-value of Wilcoxon test between enrollment and the final examination was 9.7 x 10-12 in men and 2.18x10-13 in women (the diference is clearly statistically significant).
