| Description | The paper is devoted to the issues of possible defense against the illegal actions of the authorities, acting within the activities of public administration as a specific public authorities defending the public interest, the protection of which is entrusted to them by special laws. This article is focused on defining the differences between individual administrative acts issued by the authorities concerned and their potential for cancellation or change of use of possible remedies eventually the possibility to defend themselves against these administrative acts. |
