| Description | In the Article, the authors focus on the analysis of instruments of land transit regulation that local self-government authorities may apply. They make a conclusion that all these instruments have characters of a measure of a general nature. Furthermore, they say that in this area, there is a decision on setting of a relevant road sign. This situation is not convenient, especially because of the principle of procedural economy. Therefore, the authors think about this problem de lege ferenda as well. |
