| Description | The participation in the administration of public affairs is possible not only by the means of specific institutes of public law, but sometimes also through the protection of the basic private law institutes. Owners of immovables dispose in the procedures of town and county planning, that are without any doubt important parts of public administration, of the rights to affect the final result of these procedures. In the contribution should be discussed the conditions of participation of the affected owners and the ways, in witch they could exert influence on the development of given area |
