| Description | Bees are well known species of insect particularly useful for people; this fact reflects also their specific position in civil law relations. Beekeeping is a hobby as well as a gainful activity for many people and beekeepers have to solve except from specialized problems also problems arising due to the beekeeping in the civil law relations. Bees can be perceived by some people as a disturbing or a health threatening element. Beekeepers, on the other hand, can consider as undesirable influences endangering bee colonies or honey production. Specific problems are connected with a bee swarming. The analyse of these outlined basic questions connected with beekeeping should by subject of this article |
