Description | The ability to cope with stress and maintain a positive mood and inner peace is an important factor in mental health, life and job satisfaction. Mental hygiene is the science of how to protect, consolidate and possibly regain mental health and balance. The lecture presents the main risk factors of stress and burnout syndrome and suggests specific methods of mental hygiene which can help to harmonize emotional experience and improve the quality of job performance as well as the level of life satisfaction. |
