| Description | Both active, and passive smokers have more often chronical (myosceletal) and acute (post-operative) pain. The dose-response effects were found (according to the intensity and/or longevity of smoking). Treatment with nicotine (Nicotine Replacement Therapy) can produce short-term analgetic effects. |
