Description The positive effects of sport on the human body has been known for several decades. Yet there are limit points when the sport is beneficial to humans and to the contrary. To determine whether the strain causes changes on the body during the course of 100km race and offer the results to these athletes with feedback on their performance was the aim of our small study.
