| Description | The monographs is devoted to the international and domestic arbitration. In the introduction to the book are described all types of so called alternative disputes resolutions - ADR. In the other chapters the book content the analysis of the arbitration agreement, law applicable to the merits, law applicable to the procedure rules, arbitral award. All this problems are analyze from the point of view of domestic and international law. |
