| Description | Introduced article deals with a performance of exigent and unrepeatable acts as one of the ways how to initiate the pre-trial proceedings, or more precisely criminal proceedings. The author of this article analyses within its framework the existing legal regulation with respect to case law of Constitutional Court, however on the other hand also critically assesses it and presents de lege ferenda reflections. |
