| Description | The chapter consists in defining social action and its meaning in social work. By using examples, different kinds of social action are defined - system reform action, local action, spontaneous response to acute issue, community sociotherapy, which is devoted to promoting conformity of participants, and radical social policy which aims changing social rules. |
