Description The article deals with the fundamentals differences between specialist statement and experts opinion. It points to when during criminal proceedings experts opinion should be done and when is sufficient only specialist knowledge and what criteria has to be respected during it. It intends why it is necessary to give attention to selection of expert, exact wording of questions and what all should be respected during the evaluation of experts opinion or what all can influence its quality.
