| Description | The lecture was devoted to the institute of liability and its expressions in the are of the insolvency law. The general theoretical ground and also the practical aspects were discuseed. The formation of the liability relations in the insolvency proceedings was presented in the connection to the action of the debtor, creditor and the other subjects of the insolvency proceedings as well, also with all attached consequences for all these subjects. |
